The recent bushfires have affected many communities across Australia and as the demand support continues to increase, so has access to information and services.
APMHA HealthCare is one of the organisations where you can access support, whether you are re-triggered by previous bushfires or affected by the current ones. Support through APMHA and other services can be accessed in a number of ways:
- For information and self-help resources, go to www.apmha.com.au/bushfires. On this page you can find resources to help you support yourself, family, friends and community, and a breakdown of available services, what you can access and how.
- For access to free counselling services and advice you can call APMHA’s Bushfire Counselling Service on 1300 514 811 between 9am – 6pm Mon – Fri
- For Practical Support, you can access the Bushfire Case Support Program on 1800 560 760 between 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri or 9am – 5pm Sat & Sun.
